Top performances of the night Lorraine, Mylene, Starr, Megan, Amanda, Sam and star of the night Savvi Crouch.
Well done everybody.
Really enjoyed last nights session, it is good to see you improving in most areas, however as I said the two most important things now for ALL of you are the two C's, communication and composure with the ball. Top performances of the night Lorraine, Mylene, Starr, Megan, Amanda, Sam and star of the night Savvi Crouch. Well done everybody.

Well done. After a game the next session is normally hard to get motivated, but you were all up for it and performed really well. Great technique work especially from Shelby, Sam, Elishia and Kara. Also good to see in the games a lot more movement and communication, special well done's this week to Amanda, Karen and Lorraine. It was nice to see Rabbit and Mandy back in action and they both settled straight back in and did a good job. Another positive is that I had asked Starr to talk to the Arsenal academy in San Pedro and we are now in negotiations to arrange a date and time to play them in the near future, so onwards and upwards ladies, its getting serious now. Again well done everybody What can I say, that was a great night from my point of view with a win and a draw. Both games were close and the oppostion form Aloha played very well. There was some fierce hard tackling and I'm sure had their goalkeeper not been a 6 foot tall man who could throw the ball further than most of you can kick it we would probably have scored more. The A team played exactly to plan with at least 85% possession of the ball and restricting them to 1 shot on goal, superb performance. The B team defended for their lives and as a team unit were unbelievable, the spirit, application and togetherness was an absolute joy to see, and to come from behind and score a headed equaliser was brilliant. There are still plenty of areas in which we need to improve, but each and every one of you should be very proud of your performances both individually and as a team player. *Star Prize* 2 green fees at El Chaparral Golf (via Sunshine Golf) – Gloria Cubillos
